Unlike our residential customers, commercial accounts generally utilize a multi-faceted maintenance and repair program combining each of our service offerings into a single package.

 

After our initial meeting and review, we will design a complete service solution for your establishment, including; information packet for managers and employees, signage for equipment in case of failure, as well as a preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance schedule, and repair policy.

  • After-hours service: All maintenance, diagnosis, and repair services are available both before and after normal business hours. We recognize the impact an outside company's presence can have during the day, and will do our best to accommodate exclusive scheduling.
  • Complimentary corrective maintenance: We regularly encounter issues that can easily be remedied without purchase of parts. We'll take care of these complications before they can affect your bottom line, without the need to schedule for a return repair.
  • Detailed service report after each visit: An accurate and thorough analysis will be provided after each service, to be added to your manager or facility personnel's information packet. Efficient documentation allows for intelligent service customization, and facilitates prompt repair.

  • Preventative Maintenance: Full inspection, lubrication, cleaning, calibration, adjustment, diagnostic review, and function check of all systems.

Plans are regularly applied in four frequency tiers: Monthly (once per month), quarterly (once every three months), biannually (twice per year), or annually (once per year).

 

  • Preventative Maintenance Light: A less comprehensive version of our full preventative maintenance service.

  • Lubrication: A streamlined maintenance program designed initially for homeowners, we've adapted this service to suit any facility's needs with great success.

Plans are regularly applied in two frequency tiers: Weekly (once per week), or monthly (once per month).

 

  • Diagnosis and Repair: We quickly and effectively work with your equipment manufacturer to fix both warranty and non-warranty issues. We catalog all repair issues via photo or video so you get the right parts on the first call. If parts need to be ordered, we will verify shipment information and schedule your repair for the day of, or day after arrival (circumstances vary).

Plans are regularly applied: per request, or per recommendation.

 

  • Training: A popular package addition for both large and small gyms, our commercial training package aims to keep you and your employees informed and prepared for whatever your equipment may throw your way. From routine machine maintenance, to advanced console settings, to full diagnostics and repair, we will take the time to teach your team as considerably as you require.

Plans are regularly appliedPer request. (Training sessions are normally booked concurrent with another service. We've found that allowing staff to witness our work, or work alongside us, has a significant greater retention value when compared to conducting a detailed gym-tour or Q&A session.)

 

  • Safety Inspections: While we watch for any signs of potential danger during all calls, full safety inspections are most commonly conducted once per year to an existing facility, with the addition of new equipment, or when a site is remodeled. We'll work alongside your framers, electricians, and general contractors to ensure stringent safety requirements are adhered to.

Plans are regularly applied: Annually (once per year), or per request. (The majority of our safety inspections are spaced throughout the late-Fall to early-Winter months before January's rush, or performed during every preventative maintenance service dependent upon the customer's needs.)
