Maintain

An apple a day does keep the doctor away. Keep your machine running in pristine condition, foresee upcoming repair issues, and prolong your fitness equipment’s lifespan through our customized maintenance programs, or one-time check-up services.

Repair

When things go wrong, you want the assurance that your machine will be given a clean bill of health as quickly as possible. Our considerable experience leads to correct diagnosis and speedy rehabilitation – many times without the need to order replacement parts.

Restore

Service Call Analysis

We're proud of our numbers! The data we've collected highlights what goes in, and what comes out, of each and every service call we perform.

The majority of our work comes by way of routine maintenance, and 10% of those customers choose our on-site training package for their gym employees, or to help save on future preservation costs for themselves. This is a service that we are exceptionally proud to offer, and we appreciate the efforts our customers have shown to learn about their machines. We love to see you and your gym as often as possible, yet we also understand the need to get the most value for your money.

Our repair services breakdown shows that the majority of our repair calls have been solved while the equipment is still covered by your manufacturer's warranty. We're thankful that our customers benefit immediately, and it's particularly gratifying to work alongside companies that stand beside the products that they supply. If you don't know which parts are covered by your warranty, if you're unsure whether coverage is still available, or if you need help registering your fitness equipment with a manufacturer, we're here to help.

There are times when a machine can not be repaired, outside of a full overhaul. There are also times when further investment is simply not prudent. Only 2% of new service calls encounter issues of part availability, or otherwise inadvisable required repair. At Gym Doctor CT, we do not sell any new nor used equipment, so there will never be a conflict of interest when these situations do occur. We can, however, help you select a replacement, and can point you in the direction of trusted salespeople in your area or online to further assist you in your purchase.

(Please note: Data based on 100 most recent calls for new service. Existing customers enrolled in maintenance programs, and facilities contracting Gym Doctor CT for commercial-upkeep not included in percentages listed.)
